Requires the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, for purposes of calculating the annual rate of non-service-connected disability pension paid to Thomas Patrick McEvoy of Macomb Township, Michigan, to exclude from the determination of his annual income any disability insurance benefit to which he is entitled for such year.
