Civil Rights and Employee Investigation Clarification Act - Amends the Fair Credit Reporting Act to exclude from its disclosure requirements certain communications made in connection with an employer's investigation of employee workplace misconduct, and not made for the purpose of investigating a consumer's credit worthiness, credit standing, or credit capacity.
