To make grants to States for providing information regarding parolees to local law enforcement agencies, and for other purposes.
Requires that: (1) such a system include specified information about parolees; (2) the information be maintained in a database that can be accessed and processed by a local law enforcement agency using a remote desktop computer system; and (3) each local law enforcement agency having jurisdiction be provided the information included in the system upon a parolee's release and thereafter have access to such information upon request.
