Expresses the sense of the Senate that the appropriate officials in the executive branch should: (1) include, in the U.S. negotiating objectives for the next round of multilateral negotiations of the Uruguay Round (World Trade Organization), specific expectations as to how such negotiations will result in changes in the Japanese market; (2) consult closely with Congress throughout the next round of negotiations about the specific impact of the negotiations on Japan's markets; and (3) provide periodic reports, with full input from the private sector, about progress being made in addressing Japanese barriers within such negotiations.
