A bill to amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to improve the administration of the Lamprey River in the State of New Hampshire.

Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to extend the designation of a portion of the Lamprey River in New Hampshire as a component of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System to include an additional river segment, which shall be administered by the Secretary of the Interior through cooperative agreements with the State of New Hampshire (including the towns of Epping, Lee, Durham, and Newmarket, and other relevant local governments), in accordance with the Lamprey River Management Plan.

Limits to acquisition by donation or with the owner's consent the Secretary's authority to acquire land under this Act.
