Directs the Administrator of General Services to restore, preserve, and operate, as historic property, the office and related space in the Federal building located at 300 East 8th Street in Austin, Texas, that was used by President Lyndon Baines Johnson as a private office and is known as the LBJ Presidential Office Suite. Authorizes the Administrator to operate the Suite as joint-use space, make it available or lease it to persons, firms, or organizations engaged in commercial, cultural, educational, or recreational activities for use as a public conference facility and ceremonial meeting place, and provide suitable technological and conference equipment for use by users of the Suite .
Permits receipts from such operations and gifts for restoring, preserving, and operating the Suite to be deposited into, and expended from, the Federal Buildings Fund. Authorizes appropriations.
