A bill to require the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to distribute funds available for grants under title IV of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act to help ensure that each State received not less than 0.5 percent of such funds for certain programs, and for other purposes.
Homelessness Assistance Funding Fairness Act - Amends the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act to provide for specified minimum State allocations under the: (1) supportive housing program; (2) section 8 single room occupancy moderate rehabilitation program; and (3) shelter plus care program.
