International Olympic Committee Integrity Act of 1999 - Amends the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 to redefine "foreign official" to include any member of, employee of, or any person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of the International Olympic Committee (thus applying such Act to the Committee).
