A bill to provide a final settlement on certain debt owed by the city of Dickinson, North Dakota, for the construction of the bascule gates on the Dickinson Dam.
Directs the Secretary to enter into an agreement with the city allocating responsibilities for operation and maintenance costs of the gates. Makes the city responsible for up to a maximum annual amount of $15,000 of such costs. Authorizes the Secretary to enter into contracts with the city or other person to use water from the Lake.
