A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to maintain exemption of Alaska from dyeing requirements for exempt diesel fuel and kerosene.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to maintain the exemption of Alaska from dyeing requirements for diesel fuel and kerosene exempt from the gasoline tax.

Repeals the exemption from such dyeing requirements for other States exempted by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency from such requirements under the Clean Air Act.
