A bill to prohibit the executive branch of the Federal Government from establishing an additional class of individuals that is protected against discrimination in Federal employment, and for other purposes.
Freedom of Speech Act - Prohibits any agency, officer, or employee of the Federal executive branch from issuing, implementing, or enforcing any policy establishing an additional class of individuals that is protected against discrimination in Federal employment other than a class specifically identified in a provision of Federal statutory law. Prohibits the use of Federal funds to implement or enforce the provisions of this Act, including Executive Order 13087.
