Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated and equal to a specified amount, to a named individual in full satisfaction of all of his claims against the United States for the taking of his property pursuant to a specified Order issued under the authority of the Trading with the Enemy Act on December 3, 1943.
