Medicaid DSH Fairness Act of 2000

Medicaid DSH Fairness Act of 2000 - Amends the Balanced Budget Act of 1997, as amended by the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Balanced Budget Refinement Act of 1999, to apply the Medicaid disproportionate share hospital (DSH) transition rule under title XIX of the Social Security Act to public hospitals in all States.
