A bill to shift Impact Aid funding responsibility for military connected children and property from the Department of Education to the Department of Defense.
Directs the Secretary of Defense to transfer to the Secretary in each fiscal year the total amount of funds necessary to make all such payments.
Makes the transferred funds the only funds available for such payments for military connected children or property.
