A bill to amend the Food Security Act of 1985 to permit the enrollment of certain wetland, buffers, and filterstrips in conservation reserve.
Amends the Food Security Act of 1985 to direct the Secretary of Agriculture to carry out a conservation reserve pilot program in South Dakota under which a limited number of acres may be used for: (1) previously cropped wetland; and (2) contiguous acreage used as a wetland buffer or filterstrip.
