A bill to authorize additional assistance for international malaria control, and to provide for coordination and consultation in providing assistance under the Foreign Assistance act of 1961 with respect to malaria, HIV, and tuberculosis.
Directs the Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development to take appropriate steps to provide recipient countries with information concerning: (1) the development of vaccines and therapeutic agents for HIV, malaria, and tuberculosis; and (2) participation in, and the results of, clinical trials conducted for such vaccines and therapeutic agents.
