Summary

Export Enhancement Program Trigger Act of 2000 - Amends the Agricultural Trade Act of 1978 to direct the Secretary of Agriculture to use the export enhancement program to: (1) encourage the world market sale of U.S. wheat whenever Canadian wheat imports into the United States reach specified levels; and (2) use such program in response to specified pricing practices by foreign state trading enterprises which adversely affect U.S. agricultural exports.
