Consumer Product Safety Commission Enhanced Enforcement Act

Consumer Product Safety Commission Enhanced Enforcement Act - Amends the Consumer Product Safety Act and the Federal Hazardous Substances Act to direct the Consumer Product Safety Commission, if it determines, after affording opportunity for an informal hearing, that the repair, replacement, or refund action elected by a manufacturer, distributor, or retailer is not in the public interest, to order the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer to take any other action that the Commission determines to be in the public interest.

Revises civil and criminal penalties, including removing the existing cap on the maximum civil penalty that can be assessed to companies that market products in violation of federal consumer product safety regulations.
