Summary

Directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to convey the parcels of real property consisting of the Miles City Veterans Administration Medical Center complex to Custer County, Montana, for use for veterans activities and community and economic development.

Requires the Secretary to make a grant to the County for activities to convert and redevelop the real property and any improvements, equipment, fixtures, and other personal property conveyed for the prescribed use.

Authorizes appropriations.
