A bill to amend the Tariff Act of 1930 to permit duty drawbacks for certain jewelry exported to the United States Virgin Islands.

Amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to allow a drawback (refund) of duties paid on certain jewelry imported into the United States and later exported to the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Amends the Foreign Trade Zones Act to authorize such jewelry to be withdrawn from warehouse for entry into the U.S. Virgin Islands without payment of such duties.
