A bill to establish the Kenai Mountains-Turnagain Arm National Heritage Area in the State of Alaska, and for other purposes.
Authorizes appropriations. Provides a 25 percent matching funds requirement. Prohibits the Secretary from making any grant or providing any assistance under this Act beyond 15 years after the Secretary and the management entity complete the cooperative agreement.
