A bill to permit the catcher vessel HAZEL LORRAINE to conduct commercial fishing activities.

Considers a specified catcher vessel as eligible to harvest the directed fishing allowance under the American Fisheries Act pursuant to a Federal fishing permit in the same manner as, and subject to the same requirements and limitations as apply to, catcher vessels eligible to harvest under certain onshore provisions of that Act.
