A bill to authorize the Bureau of Reclamation to participate in the planning, design, and construction of the Bend Feed Canal Pipeline Project, Oregon, and for other purposes.
Limits the Federal share of project costs to 50 percent and provides that such share shall be nonreimbursable. Provides that the District shall receive credit for any funds it has provided toward project design, planning or construction prior to the enactment of this Act.
Provides that the District shall hold title to facilities constructed under this Act and shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of such facilities.
Authorizes appropriations.
