Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2002, the duty on (4R-(3(2S*, 3S*), 4R*))-3-(2-Hydroxy-3-((3-hydroxy-2-methyl benzoyl) amino)-1-oxo-4- phenyl-butyl) - 5,5-dimethyl-N-((2-methyl-phenyl)methyl) - 4 - thiazolidinecarboxamide (HIV-AIDS drug).
