A bill to provide for the disclosure of certain information relating to tobacco products and to prescribe labels for packages and advertising of tobacco products.
Requires tobacco manufacturers, packagers, and importers into the United States to annually report the identity of any added ingredient or constituent other than tobacco or water and the nicotine, tar, and carbon monoxide intake from the product for average consumers.
