A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the work opportunity credit to small business employees working or living in areas of poverty.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to extend the work opportunity credit to wages paid to small business employees working or living in areas with a poverty rate of at least 20 percent.

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to report to specified congressional committees on the effect of such credit extension.
