A bill to amend chapter 89 of title 5, United States Code, to modify service requirements relating to creditable service with congressional campaign committees.

Amends Federal law to reduce from five years to four years and six months as of December 12, 1980, the minimum length of a congressional employee's service with one or more specified congressional campaign committees necessary for it to qualify as creditable service for retirement purposes.
