Requesting the President to furnish to the House of Representatives certain information held by the Archivist of the United States concerning the transmission of electoral information under section 6 of title 3, United States Code, by the States and the District of Columbia.

Requests the President to provide to the House of Representatives specified records and information about communications between the Archivist of the United States and the primary responsible individual in each State and the District of Columbia relating to transmission of certificates of ascertainment or of the determination of an electoral controversy involving the presidential election held on November 7, 2000.
