Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives regarding Cesar E. Chavez and farm worker housing programs.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that: (1) schools across the Nation should teach about Cesar E. Chavez and lead community service projects in his memory; and (2) farm worker housing programs should be supported at the Federal, State, and local levels.
