Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that all parties involved in negotiating the compensation for the Nazi slave and forced labor victims should achieve a settlement that is fair and equitable to all claimants.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that: (1) members of the Foundation Initiative for German Enterprises should be commended for recognizing their moral responsibility for the behavior of private companies during the Nazi era; and (2) Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Stuart Eizenstat should mediate the negotiations regarding compensation for Nazi slave and forced labor victims in a way that will ensure a settlement that is fair and equitable to all claimants.
