Upon adoption of this resolution, it shall be order to take from the Speaker's table H.R. 4, with a Senate amendment thereto, and to consider in the House a motion offered by the Chairman of the Committee on Armed Services or his designee to concur in the Senate amendment. Measure will be considered read.
