Rule provides for consideration of H. Con. Res. 42 with 2 hours of general debate. Previous question shall be considered as ordered without intervening motions except motion to recommit with or without instructions. After general debate the concurrent resolution shall be considered for amendment under the five-minute rule. No amendment shall be in order except those printed in the Congressional Record. each amendment may be offered only by the Member who cause it to be printed or hsi designee. The Chairman may postpone a request for a recorded vote and (2) reduce voting time to five minutes on a postponed question if the vote follows a fifteen minute vote. Measure will be considered read. Bill is open to amendments.
