No amendment shall be in order except those printed in the Congressional Record. each amendment may be offered only by the Member who cause it to be printed or hsi designee. The Chairman may postpone a request for a recorded vote and (2) reduce voting time to five minutes on a postponed question if the vote follows a fifteen minute vote. Measure will be considered read. Bill is open to amendments.
