To amend the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act to remove the requirement that exposure resulting in stomach cancer occur before age 30, and for other purposes.

Amends the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (relating to certain claims for injuries due to exposure to radiation from nuclear testing) to remove the requirement that exposure resulting in stomach cancer occur before age 30. Extends the time for the filing of claims that were previously barred.
