Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey to San Juan College in Farmington, New Mexico, for educational and recreational purposes real property not to exceed 20 acres known as the Old Jicarilla Site in San Juan County, New Mexico, not later than one year after the completion of a survey for determining the exact acreage and legal description of such lands.
Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to identify any reservations of rights-of-way for ingress, egress, and utilities deemed appropriate.
Revokes Public Land Order 3443 as it pertains to such lands.
