HUBZones In Native America Act of 2000 - Revises the HUBZone Program (a program providing assistance to small businesses located in historically underutilized business zones).
National Women's Business Council Reauthorization Act of 2000 - Amends the Women's Business Ownership Act of 1988 to extend through FY 2003 the National Women's Business Council.
