Tenants Housing Opportunity Act - Amends the United States Housing Act of 1937 to authorize the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to waive the requirement that a family receiving section 8 project-based rental assistance receive one-year notice of assistance termination in order to facilitate such family's purchase of an assisted dwelling.
