To amend the Congressional Award Act to establish a Congressional Recognition for Excellence in Arts Education Board.
Directs the Board to establish and administer a Congressional Recognition for Excellence in Arts Education Awards Program, under which it makes annual awards to elementary and secondary schools and students.
Terminates the Board six years after this Act's enactment.
Establishes a Congressional Recognition for Excellence in Arts Education Awards Trust Fund.
