To extend the temporary office of bankruptcy judge established for the district of South Carolina.

Extends the temporary office of bankruptcy judge authorized for the district of South Carolina until the first vacancy occurring in such office resulting from the death, retirement, resignation, or removal of a bankruptcy judge and occurring eight years or more after June 27, 1994.
