To amend the National and Community Service Act of 1990 to include participation in a volunteer firefighting agency as one of the national service programs specifically authorized to receive assistance under the AmeriCorps program.

Amends the National and Community Service Act of 1990 to include, as one of the national service programs authorized to receive assistance under the AmeriCorps program, a program to provide incentives for the recruitment and retention of volunteer firefighting personnel for volunteer firefighting agencies and other firefighting agencies that use volunteers.
