To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to revise the coverage of immunosuppressive drugs under the Medicare Program.
Applies certain secondary payer requirements with respect to individuals with end stage renal disease without regard to any time limitations in the case of immunosuppressive drugs furnished after this Act's enactment.
