21st Century Community Learning Centers Act

Amends the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Act (part I of title X of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965) to increase the maximum monetary amount of individual grants to public schools for center after-school activities and services that address rural or inner- city communities' education, health, social service, cultural, and recreational needs.

Retains the provision that authorizes such grants be used to plan, implement, or expand community learning centers, but eliminates the requirement that such centers include four or more of specified activities.

Extends the authorization of appropriations for such grants program.
