Requires the Register of Copyrights to ensure that records of deposits, registrations, recordations, and other related actions taken under copyright provisions are maintained and that indexes of such records are prepared. (Currently, the Register is required to keep such records in the Copyright Office and to prepare such indexes.)
Revises Copyright Office fee provisions. Authorizes the Register to adjust (currently, increase) such fees.
