Campaign Finance Disclosure on Sales of Personnel Assets Act of 2000 - Amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require a candidate for Federal office or any member of the candidate's immediate family who sells any personal asset for a price equal to or greater than $1,000 during a specified election campaign period to file a statement on such sale with the Federal Election Commission.
