To amend the District of Columbia Police and Firemen's Salary Act of 1958 to establish new pay rates and compensation schedules for officers and members of the United States Secret Service Uniformed Division and the United States Park Police, and for other purposes.
Revises certain caps on maximum compensation for such members and officers.
