Pocket Rocket Elimination Act of 2000

Pocket Rocket Elimination Act of 2000 - Amends the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act to prohibit the possession or transfer of a handgun that is capable of holding two or more rounds of ammunition and that is less than seven and a half inches long. Makes this prohibition inapplicable to the possession or transfer of a handgun by: (1) a person who has had title to the handgun continuously since before the date of this Act's enactment; and (2) a law enforcement officer while acting as authorized in the line of duty. Sets penalties for violations.
