Summary

Animal Health Protection Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to restrict the importation, entry, or further movement in the United States, or order the destruction or removal, of animals (including livestock) and related conveyances and facilities for reasons of pest or disease control, or humane treatment. Authorizes related activities respecting exportation, interstate movement, cooperative agreements, enforcement, seizure, and quarantine and disease and pest eradication.

Authorizes the Secretary to establish a veterinary accreditation program.

Authorizes appropriations.
