introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on
the Judiciary

A BILL
To allow certain donations of property and services to the Bureau of
Prisons.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Director of
the Bureau of Prisons may accept donated property and services relating
to the operation of the Prison Card Program from a not-for-profit
entity which has operated such program in the past, despite the fact
such not-for-profit entity furnishes services under contract to the
Bureau relating to the operation of prerelease services, halfway
houses, or other custodial facilities.
