To direct the Secretary of the Interior to convey certain land to Eureka County, Nevada, for continued use as a cemetery.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to: (1) convey, without consideration, Maiden's Grave Cemetery to Eureka, County, Nevada, for continued use as a cemetery; and (2) grant the County a right-of-way allowing access for persons desiring to visit the cemetery and for other cemetery purposes over an appropriate access route.
