Amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require the principal campaign committee of a candidate for the House of Representatives or for the Senate, who uses any Federal government aircraft for any purpose which includes carrying out the candidate's campaign for election for Federal office, to file with the Federal Election Commission a specified statement containing information on the number of individuals who used the aircraft, including the candidate and those whose use was paid for by the committee.
