To provide for the appointment of additional Federal district judges in the State of Florida.
Florida Federal Judgeship Act of 1999 - Directs the President to appoint the following numbers of additional district judges in Florida: (1) three for the middle district and two for the southern district, on a permanent basis; and (2) one for the middle district, on a temporary basis. Authorizes appropriations.
